John is an accomplished Recruiting and Business Development executive that has spent most of his career working with professionals in the Mortgage industry. It was always a goal of John’s to work for himself and start a company that he could build and grow proudly. John is passionate about surrounding himself with like-minded colleagues and clients to ensure success both personally and professionally. John resides in Pepper Pike, OH with his wife and 3 children.
Michael McKenna
VP of Talent Acquisition
Michael was born and raised in Cleveland, OH and spent most of his professional career in the golf industry. After being a sports agent and recruiting professional golfers for 3 years, he jumped at the opportunity to join The Emerald Group in 2020. Michael specializes in both sales and operations in the Mortgage industry.
